As a mum, the juggle and struggle is real!

Hmmm perhaps there could be a new hashtag in that?!

The thing is, you’re not alone. Everyone and I mean everyone…. even that mum who appears to have it all together, is facing similar struggles and trying to do the best they can.

We’re all human after all!

So why is it that no matter how much we give and do, we never feel like we’re enough or have given enough.

That overwhelm, the worry, the juggle – they NEVER let up!

But in all seriousness, all this busyness, stress and overwhelm affects our daily lives.

And, more importantly, it affects our health, our happiness and those we love.

As a mum of two girls, I know the gig.

Whoops! Dinner’s not planned and it’s 5pm… Scrambled eggs and toast for dinner – yup. Add a side of chopped-up veg just to ease the mother guilt.

Hanging for the kids to get to bed so you can flop on the couch and watch one (or perhaps five!) episodes of whatever show takes your fancy…
